We are currently seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Specialist to join our organization.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have a background in commerce or finance and experience in customer interactions. This role requires excellent communication skills and a strong understanding of financial products.

  • Engage in customer-based interactions, both orally and in writing.
  • Interact with financial advisors to provide support and information.
  • Handle inquiries and provide assistance related to various financial products such as mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services.
  • Ensure all communications are clear, professional, and accurate.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 1-5 years of experience in customer-based interactions (oral and written).
  • Excellent communication (oral and written) and problem-solving skills.
  • Exposure to financial products like mutual funds, insurance, and retirement services.
