We are seeking a professional to fill the role of Principal Consultant - Financial Services - Insurance. This consultant will possess a deep understanding of financial services and in-depth expertise in Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, and Retirement Services.

Key Responsibilities

The ideal candidate will take on a range of roles in process consulting, functional consulting, technology strategy, program management, and change management. They will analyze problems and develop creative solutions using business consulting frameworks and methodologies.

  • Taking on diverse roles in business consulting engagements.
  • Analyzing complex business problems and developing innovative solutions.
  • Applying strategic frameworks to address business challenges.
Skill Requirements
  • Deep understanding of financial services with expertise in Property & Casualty, Life Insurance, and Retirement Services.
  • Experience in business strategy, IT strategy, process consulting, cost optimization, customer experience, digital transformation, program management, change management, product implementation, business analysis, and post-merger integration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent client-facing and communication abilities.

Domain Expertise in one or more of the following areas:

  • Insurance: Property & Casualty Commercial Lines, Specialty Lines, Personal Lines, Life Insurance.
  • Insurance Operations: Distribution, Marketing, New Business, Underwriting, Policy Servicing/Policy Administration, Claims, Regulatory Compliance, Producer Lifecycle Contracting/Licensing, Compensation and Sales Reporting.
  • Retirement Services: Annuities & Retirement Services, Defined Contribution, Defined Benefits, 401(k) plans, Recordkeeping.
  • Governance, Risk and Compliance: IFRS, GDPR, AML, KYC, client onboarding, regulatory change management, regulatory reporting, anti-financial crime, risk management.
