Department: Debt Syndication

Job Designation: Associate, Sr. Associate, Assistant / Senior Vice-President

Job Description:
1) Debt Syndication for both new and expansion project

2) Debt Syndication for long term and short-term debt requirements of Corporate Customers.

3) Preparation of Teasers, Information Memorandum, Financial Models, CMA.

4) Ensure timely submission of information and clarify queries received from Banks/FinancialInstitutions and NBFCs for appraisal at Branch/Zonal Office /Head Office level.

5) Working and liaising with Law Firms, Valuer, Lender Engineers, Company Secretary, TEV Agencies with respect to proposal, loan documentation and pre-disbursement formalities.

6) Relationship Management with existing clients.

Required Qualification: CA / MBA

Work Experience: 0-2 Years

**Salary**: ₹12,546.71 - ₹30,000.00 per month
