**Job Title**: Finance Executive (Fresher)

**MBA in Finance is Mandatory**

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in conducting financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Analyze financial data, trends, and performance metrics to identify key insights.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing findings for management review.
- Budgeting and Forecasting:

- Support the finance team in the budgeting and forecasting process.
- Assist in developing financial models to forecast future performance and budget allocations.
- Monitor budget vs. actual performance and investigate variances.
- Financial Reporting:

- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary financial data.

**Qualifications**:

- Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from an accredited institution.
- Strong academic background with a focus on finance, accounting, or related fields.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
