**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparation and analysis of **financial statements** and **management reports**.
- Support in **statutory audits, internal audits, and tax audits** under supervision.
- Conduct **financial data analysis**, variance analysis, and budgeting assistance.
- Help prepare and file **income tax, GST, and TDS returns**.
- Maintain proper records of client accounts and financial documentation.
- Coordinate with clients to collect necessary financial information.
- Assist in **financial forecasting, project reports**, and **MIS reporting**.
- Support the senior team in **business valuation**, **fund management**, and **investment analysis** projects.
- Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
- **Qualification**: MBA in Finance (fresher or up to 1 year of experience).
- **Must be qualified MBA Finance & PGDBM Finance from Institute of repute under NIRF ranking.**:

- **Skills**:

- Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint; familiarity with Tally or ERP software is an advantage.
- Analytical and quantitative skills.
- Good communication and presentation abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and work in a professional CA environment.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented and self-motivated.
