As a professional mentor, you will be guiding individuals in achieving their personal, academic or professional objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personalized guidance and coaching to help clients set, pursue and achieve meaningful goals.
  • Design and create impactful presentations and workshop materials for group and one-on-one sessions.
  • Facilitate presentations and workshops with excellent speaking, listening and presentation skills.
  • Apply coaching methodologies tailored to each client's challenges and aspirations.
  • Track client progress and regularly review and update plans as required.
  • Maintain confidentiality and create a supportive environment to encourage client self-reflection.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, especially for impactful speaking and presentations.
  • Strong listening, empathy and motivational abilities to connect and inspire clients.
  • Adaptability, curiosity and a positive mindset; professionalism and confidentiality are essential.
  • A bachelor's degree is preferred. A degree in Psychology can be beneficial for deeper insights into client motivation and behavior.
