- Support business leads in US and potentially globally, in the development of business user requirements for new capabilities, enhancements, system upgrades or new deployments.
- Translate business and user requirements into system design of Kinaxis-Rapid Response system for IT partners.
- Engage with IT, Supply Chain, and Business Insights & Analytics colleagues in exploring cost-effective and sustainable technology solutions.
You'll have the chance to:
- Manage a portfolio of outstanding tickets, bug-fixes, and enhancements, ensuring timely resolution as per SLA guidelines, in partnership with IT.
- Provide system training on new capabilities to business leads.
- Work with software engineers in seamless delivery of system solutions, following best practices and aligning People, Process, Technology, and Data.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- At least 4 years of experience with 1-3 years of relevant experience on advanced planning systems as an analyst, consultant, or end-user.
- Intermediate to advanced understanding of demand, supply, and S&OP business processes.
- Experience with implementing or supporting supply chain planning solution deployments, especially Kinaxis Rapid Response - Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Planning, and S&OP.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, supply chain, science field, or related discipline.
- Some experience with supply chain planning algorithms, such as Heuristic and Optimizer.
- Able to strategically collaborate and influence in the defined area of scope.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to navigate and prioritize through multiple tasks and initiatives.
