As a vital link between clients and internal teams, you will play a crucial part in ensuring seamless project execution and management.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with account managers to oversee ongoing projects
  • Responding to client queries in business Japanese and providing updates to internal teams in English
  • Building strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and offering tailored service options
  • Preparing service quotations and managing timely invoice submissions according to contracts
  • Ensuring clear communication of customer expectations to the team, minimizing risks and miscommunications
  • Identifying and implementing improvements in services, processes, and systems

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • N1/N2 level Japanese certification demonstrating advanced language proficiency
  • 1-2 years of experience in a client-facing position, preferably in sales or client services; experience in Life Sciences is highly valued
  • Advanced skills in MS Office, particularly in Word and Excel
  • Strong communication and organizational abilities to ensure efficient client interactions
  • Proven adaptability to changing business needs, maintaining effectiveness in dynamic environments
