
Successful Client Service Representative

We are seeking a Client Success Associate to join our team. This role plays a critical part in our client engagement strategy, serving as a link between our clients and our solutions.
The Client Success Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional client service, expert guidance, and timely responses during East Coast hours.
They will also address client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
Additionally, they will proactively follow up with clients to ensure all their queries are addressed and take end-to-end ownership.
Key Responsibilities- Client Interaction & Support:
- Provide exceptional client service, expert guidance, and timely responses during East Coast hours.
- Address client concerns, resolve issues efficiently, and enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Proactively follow up with clients to ensure all their queries are addressed and act end-to-end ownership.
- Consultative Sales:
- Identify client needs, recommend appropriate products or services, and position our offerings as the best solution.
- Convert client inquiries into sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Consistently meet or exceed individual and team success goals.
- Relationship Building:
- Develop and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a cohesive approach to client management and support.
- Operational Excellence:
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
- Assist in developing and updating client-facing materials, such as FAQs and product guides.
- Market Insight & Reporting:
- Stay informed about industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape to better serve our clients.
- Own reporting and insights on client engagement, product performance, and market trends as needed.
- A bachelor's degree is required.
- Two years of experience in a multinational client-facing professional services environment is preferred.
- Strong soft skills in handling executive-level clients are essential.
- Persuasive communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are necessary.
- Proven ability to drive sales and achieve goals is required.
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is expected.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, team-oriented environment is crucial.
