As a key member of our coaching network, you will collaborate with individuals in a secure and empowering environment that fosters self-discovery and growth. Your role as a life and wellness coach will involve delivering coaching sessions to support clients in developing the insights and skills necessary to create lasting change and thrive in various areas of their lives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide structured coaching sessions to clients via video or phone calls.
  • Support adults in setting goals, building confidence, and encouraging action to achieve their objectives related to common challenges such as stress, relationships, career, health and wellbeing, and personal development.
  • Maintain an updated calendar displaying your availability and keep track of session notes in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with our dedicated provider support team, clinical care navigation team, and administrative care support team whenever needed.
  • Deliver culturally sensitive and empathetic care that upholds values of diversity and inclusion for all individuals.
Requirements:
  • Hold a recognized coaching certification from a globally respected organization, including but not limited to, the International Coaching Federation (ICF), European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC), Association for Coaching (AC), or other regionally accredited bodies that follow similar professional and ethical standards.
  • Possess a minimum of 100 hours of post-training coaching experience.
  • Be adaptable across various life, professional, and/or health-related challenges.
  • Demonstrate training and experience in evidence-based modalities of support, including NVC, NLP, EQ, MBSR, Somatic coaching, Positive Psychology, or Appreciative Inquiry.
  • Show comfort with technology and be telehealth competent.
  • Be committed to delivering high-quality care, wanting to expand capabilities, and increase effectiveness by being informed of client progress or challenges.
  • Work independently but also appreciate team support and opportunities for connections and collaboration with other coaches.
