Program Manager Job Description

Are you an experienced technical program manager looking for a new challenge? Do you have a passion for leading cross-functional teams and driving successful product launches? We're seeking a skilled Program Manager to join our team in Bangalore, India.

Job Description

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in full-time technical program management, with a solid track record of managing multiple major projects simultaneously. They will be responsible for owning the successful delivery of large, high-impact programs by leveraging deep technical expertise to develop detailed plans with key milestones and goals.

This role will require the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects/programs, develop strong partnerships with engineering and product management leaders, and drive teams and individuals in planning and executing roadmaps, releases, and work backlogs.

The Program Manager will also be responsible for ensuring cross-team alignment on goals, priorities, roadmap, schedules, communications, and releases to all stakeholders, providing reporting on project status, risks, issues, and mitigation plans.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical program management experience within an engineering or technical team
  • B.S./B.A. degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to build collaborations and create a community of leadership
  • Agile coaching and practitioner experience (Scrum, Kanban) with multiple teams
