Product Specialist - Infection Control

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Specialist to lead our infection control efforts. This is a critical role that requires a strong understanding of healthcare workflows and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven track record in managing technical products and consumables.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic plans to build awareness and generate demand for our infection control products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • Analyze customer needs and market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Provide training and support to sales teams, distributors, and end-users to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of our products.
  • Stay up-to-date with evolving regulatory requirements and industry guidelines to ensure compliance and competitiveness.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, or Pharmacy.
  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing or Healthcare Management (preferred).
  • 5-8 years of experience in medical equipment, devices, or consumables preferably in the infection control industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with R&D, operations, and sales teams.
