Embedded Program Manager

We are seeking a skilled Embedded Program Manager to lead our embedded software and hardware programs across the full product lifecycle from concept to launch.

This role demands a tech-savvy leader who can manage high-complexity programs involving electronics hardware, embedded systems, firmware, and manufacturing workflows. Startup or early-stage product experience is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Cross-Functional Programs: Develop and execute plans for new product introduction (NPI) from architecture and prototyping to mass production.
  • Manage Project Timelines Budgets and Resource Allocations: Collaborate with engineering, sourcing, manufacturing, and quality teams to ensure project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations are accurately planned and executed.
  • Collaborate with Design Engineers and Suppliers: Ensure DFM (Design for Manufacturability) and high product yield through regular collaboration with design engineers and suppliers.
  • Interface with OEMs PCB Design Houses and Vendors: Regularly interface with OEMs, PCB design houses, and vendors to ensure project plans are updated periodically and plans are put in place to avoid execution delays.
  • Develop and Maintain Detailed Project Schedules and Risk Mitigation Plans: Drive execution excellence with clear KPIs and regular program reviews.
  • Manage Change Control and Documentation: Own end-to-end delivery of embedded products including hardware design, firmware integration, validation, certification, and manufacturing readiness.
  • Collaborate with Embedded Software and Systems Teams: Ensure product functionality aligns with hardware constraints and timelines.
  • Validate Integration Resolve Technical Blockers and Maintain Quality Standards: Collaborate with hardware and firmware engineers to validate integration, resolve technical blockers, and maintain quality standards.
