Embedded Firmware Professional

About the Role:

Our embedded system experts are not just coders but system architects who ensure our devices survive critical missions.

You will design firmware that must perform in unpredictable environments.

You will work alongside hardware teams to integrate electronics, sensors, and communication interfaces for IoT, medical, and defence systems.

Key Challenges:

  • To build a portable diagnostic device for rural clinics with unstable electricity.
  • To ensure 24/7 uptime for soldier-worn systems in high-altitude posts.
  • To design medical sensors that operate reliably in crowded hospitals with heavy interference.
  • To achieve energy efficiency in IoT and medical applications.

Responsibilities include developing firmware and real-time embedded software, optimizing low-power performance, implementing robust drivers, and conducting rigorous debugging, unit testing, and system validation.

Collaborate with hardware engineers on PCB design, power management, and EMI/EMC considerations, ensuring signal integrity, data acquisition accuracy, and robust sensor integration.

Support prototyping and bring-up of new boards, ensuring smooth hardware-firmware synchronization.

Maintain detailed technical documentation of code, integration steps, and testing.

Ensure compliance with standards (ISO, IEC, MIL-STD) relevant to medical and defence deployments.

Work closely with hardware, mechanical, AI/ML, and production teams for end-to-end system delivery.

Participate in design reviews, feasibility studies, and knowledge-sharing sessions.

Contribute to R&D initiatives and proposals for next-generation solutions.
