Executive Assistant for Office Operations

Nisray seeks a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our UK-based team. As an integral member of our office, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules and appointments through email or call
- Compose and distribute professional correspondence, emails, memos, letters, and forms
- Assist in the preparation of regular reports
- Maintain digital filing systems
- Develop and update contact lists
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
- Liaise with field engineers and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management
Requirements and Skills:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with CRM software
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- People management skills
- Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in Administration or Secretarial studies are advantageous (Electrical background/experience)
