Executive Assistant for Office Operations

Nisray seeks a highly skilled Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our UK-based team. As an integral member of our office, you will be responsible for performing various administrative and clerical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules and appointments through email or call
  • Compose and distribute professional correspondence, emails, memos, letters, and forms
  • Assist in the preparation of regular reports
  • Maintain digital filing systems
  • Develop and update contact lists
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders
  • Liaise with field engineers and senior administrative assistants to address requests and queries from senior management

Requirements and Skills:

  • Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or Office Admin Assistant
  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with CRM software
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
  • People management skills
  • Bachelor's degree; additional qualifications in Administration or Secretarial studies are advantageous (Electrical background/experience)
