Senior Financial Management Professional

Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Management Expert to oversee the financial operations of our organization.

The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in accounting principles, GST compliance, advance tax, income tax, mutual funds & securities, contracts & agreements, and financial reporting.

The role requires proven experience in managing end-to-end accounting functions, statutory compliances, foreign transactions, and financial planning while ensuring accuracy and transparency.

• Accounting Functionality Management: Oversee day-to-day accounting functions in compliance with accounting principles and organizational policies.
• Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and finalize financial statements, including balance sheet, P&L account, and cash flow statements.
• Fund Allocation & Investment Management: Manage fund allocation, mutual funds, and securities investments.
• Bank Reconciliation & Foreign Remittances: Ensure accurate bank reconciliation, foreign remittances, and BG (bank guarantee) management.
• Financial Closing & Reporting: Supervise monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting.

• GST Compliances: Ensure correct and timely GST registration and amendments (if required).
• GST-Compliant Invoicing: Issue and review GST-compliant invoices, debit/credit notes, and maintain proper documentation.
• Input Tax Credit Reconciliation: Manage input tax credit reconciliation with suppliers' returns (GSTR-2B).
• GST Return Filing: Prepare and file GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, and GSTR-9C accurately within timelines.
• e-Invoicing & e-Way Bills: Handle e-invoicing and e-way bills as per GST requirements.
• Import/Export GST Compliance: Ensure GST compliance for imports, exports, LUT filing, and refunds.
• GST Audit Coordination: Coordinate with auditors for GST audit and respond to notices/assessments from authorities.

• Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely filing and compliance of TDS, advance income tax etc.
• Advance Tax Liability Management: Monitor advance tax liabilities and ensure accurate calculation & timely payments.
• Statutory Audits & Tax Assessments: Handle statutory audits, tax assessments, and liaise with auditors and consultants.
• Government Regulation Compliance: Maintain compliance with government regulations, financial laws, and company policies.

• Contracts & Agreements: Clients billing and follow up with clients for payment.
• Contract Review & Drafting: Review, draft, and manage contracts, agreements, and financial clauses with clients and vendors.
• Financial Risk Assessment: Ensure financial risk assessment and compliance in agreements.

• Banking & Treasury Operations: Manage relationships with banks for guarantees, and other facilities.
• BGs/PBGs, Solvency Certificate, Foreign Payments, Fund Transfers: Handle BGs/PBGs, solvency certificate, foreign payments, and fund transfers efficiently.

• Systems & Processes: Ensure efficient use of accounting software (Tally/ERP or equivalent).
• Process Improvements: Implement process improvements for financial efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
• Team Training & Supervision: Train and supervise the accounts team, ensuring smooth workflow.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of Accounting Standards, GST, TDS, Advance Tax, and Income Tax.
• Expertise in Mutual Funds, Securities, and Investment Accounting.
• Proven experience in handling Contracts, Agreements, and Client Billing.
• Hands-on experience in Foreign Payments, Bank Reconciliation, BGs/PBGs.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software (Tally/ERP), MS Excel, and Financial Tools.
• Excellent Analytical, Problem-Solving, and Decision-Making Skills.
• Strong Communication and Leadership Abilities.
