Senior Business Development Lead
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Lead to spearhead strategic initiatives and drive business growth in our emerging General Insurance division.
About the Role

- Collaborate with senior leadership to align objectives, solve complex problems, and deliver project outcomes.
- Act as the execution engine for strategic projects, ensuring clarity, timelines, and accountability across teams.
- Deliver high-quality executive presentations and reports to communicate project insights, recommendations, and progress.
- Perform in-depth data analysis and business modeling to support informed decision-making.
- Drive stakeholder engagement at all levels, influencing alignment and delivery without formal authority.
- Stay updated on industry trends and bring a results-driven approach to business development.
Key Requirements
- 3 to 4 years of post-MBA experience in corporate strategy, business development, or project execution roles.
- Proven track record of delivering high-impact projects in a corporate or consulting setup.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical skills with deep proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and executive communication.
- Highly self-driven, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, build-from-scratch environment.
