Job Title: Transaction Management Professional
We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled individual to manage cash transactions, generate bills and invoices, and reconcile payments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize our enterprise resource planning system to identify outstanding accounts
- Generate customized bills and invoices for customers
- Deliver invoices to clients through digital and traditional methods
- Reconcile all payments with invoices in a timely manner
- Receive and sort incoming payments, including cash, credit/debit cards, online payments, and UPI
- Manage petty cash effectively
- Identify inconsistencies in transactions or pricing in the ERP system
- Regularly update receivables specific to customer needs
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer queries
- Submit all collected cash to the concerned authority at the end of the day
- Reconcile all payments received at the end of the day
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports to the finance team
- Generate monthly and quarterly reports for the management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B. Com)
- Proficiency in accounting software/ERP such as Oracle/SAP
- Strong analytical and computational skills
- Extreme attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Robust written and verbal communication skill set
- Basic understanding of office software and machinery
