Job Requirements

  • Manage daily operations and work on end-to-end process improvement.
  • Perform transactional activities such as spot buying, procurement request to purchase order conversion, vendor master data management, and helpdesk services.
  • Oversee day-to-day procurement operations within the function, ensuring efficient handling of purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and supplier management.
  • Ensure timely and accurate processing of procurement requests from initiation through to order fulfillment.
  • Extract reports from SAP as per requirements from stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with vendors for deliveries and queries related to purchase orders.
  • Communicate effectively with internal departments and stakeholders to understand their procurement needs and ensure service delivery meets expectations.
