Our ideal candidate has a strong understanding of supply chain planning and management principles, with hands-on experience using Kinaxis RapidResponse to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end supply chains.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Design and Optimization: Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and develop customized solutions using Kinaxis RapidResponse that meet their needs.
  • Solution Implementation: Lead the implementation of comprehensive supply chain solutions, leveraging Kinaxis RapidResponse to drive efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Client Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, internal teams, and vendors for solution delivery, providing clear and regular communication to ensure alignment and transparency.
  • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and work closely with clients to develop and implement new workflows and best practices.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Production, Mechanical, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Hands-on experience with Kinaxis RapidResponse, including configuration, implementation, or solution design.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain planning, demand management, and S&OP processes.
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a client-focused mindset.
