**Supply Chain Planning Specialist Role

The primary goal of this position is to lead and participate in the implementation of Kinaxis RapidResponse projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, and deployment. Key responsibilities include:

  • Configuration of RapidResponse modules for demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, and Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP).
  • Design and build dashboards, alerts, scenarios, and analytical reports within Kinaxis to support data-driven decision making.
  • Integration of Kinaxis with ERP/legacy systems (SAP, Oracle, JDA) using ETL tools, APIs, or middleware to ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Collaboration with business users to translate supply chain requirements into functional specifications for Kinaxis.
  • Validation, testing, and troubleshooting of data accuracy and reliability to guarantee high-quality project outcomes.
  • Provision of training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end-users to facilitate successful adoption and utilization of Kinaxis capabilities.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong understanding of supply chain planning principles and best practices. Additionally, you should be proficient in working with data analytics tools and have excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
