Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced professional to provide support to end-users, troubleshoot technical issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Veeva CRM Support Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely and effective support to end-users via phone, email or remote sessions
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues related to Veeva CRM applications
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve problems and improve process efficiency
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement preventive measures to minimize downtime
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure data integrity and security
  • Ensure effective communication and coordination with stakeholders

This role requires a combination of technical skills, business acumen and excellent communication skills.

Requirements:
  • 4-8 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Strong understanding of Veeva CRM applications and associated technologies
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
