Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare design calculations, structural analysis, and detailed drawings in compliance with international standards.

  • Implement ERP systems for estimation, planning, and inventory management.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
  • 5-12+ years of experience in Tower Design, Estimation, and Project Planning in Power Transmission / Telecom Tower industry.
  • Hands-on expertise in design software (STAAD, PLS-CADD, AutoCAD) and ERP tools.
  • Strong knowledge of international standards.
  • Experience in global tendering & estimation for OHTL, Substations, and Telecom Tower projects.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
