As a Relationship Manager, your primary focus will be on nurturing and growing client relationships to drive business growth.

  • You will be responsible for managing the banking and investments relationship of clients and identifying opportunities to expand our presence in this segment.
  • Develop and manage customer relationships by delivering exceptional service that exceeds client expectations, with a focus on high net worth individuals (HNIs).
  • Identify current and potential relationships with additional revenue potential and develop strategies to grow business.

Business Growth

  • Sales targets span across liabilities, retail assets, business banking, forex, cards, and investments.
  • Proactively sell the full range of consumer and commercial products to existing and potential HNI relationships.
  • Drive balance growth in allocated portfolios through deepening or acquisition.
  • Enhance product and channel penetration to deepen mapped relationships and ensure portfolio quality through regular engagement with each mapped relationship.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services and sales.

Investment Advisory

  • Provide financial planning and investment advisory services to HNI clients.
  • Generate fee income through products like mutual funds, investments, and insurance.

Process and Audit

  • Ensure all sales activity is accurately recorded online according to organizational standards.
