  • Ensure proper customer profiling, identify needs, and recommend investments and insurance options.
  • Build relationships with Home Loan Executives for joint calls and maximum attachments.
  • Cross-sell financial product offerings based on customer needs, managing the entire account.
  • Sync with partner representatives, understand joint ownership, and ensure timely renewals.
  • Follow established processes, undergo training, and certification for financial sales compliance.
  • Maintain a complete sales kit and demonstrate a professional attitude towards colleagues, seniors, and partners.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, along with sound knowledge of financial products to deliver a superior customer experience.
