Financial Operations Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivables and payables, vendor payments, and reconciliations. They will oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries, monitor cash flows and working capital requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage financial operations, including accounts payable and receivable, vendor payments, and reconciliations.
  • Oversee day-to-day book-keeping and accounting entries to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor cash flows and working capital requirements to optimize financial performance.

Compliance & Taxation:

The successful candidate will handle GST filing, TDS, and other statutory compliances on a timely basis. They will ensure adherence to financial regulations and coordinate with auditors. Proper documentation will be maintained for tax and legal audits.

Financial Reporting & MIS:

They will prepare monthly MIS reports and financial dashboards for management review. The candidate will assist in preparing P&L statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis will be supported.

Internal Controls & Process Improvement:

Implement and strengthen financial controls and accounting systems. Identify areas for efficiency improvement and cost optimization. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure financial accuracy in operations.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Finance, or CA/Inter CA/MBA (Finance).
  • 4–5 years of finance experience in a similar role (preferably with startups, FMCG, or D2C brands).
  • Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Tally/Zoho/QuickBooks, or other accounting software.
  • Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Expected salary range: ₹6,50,000 - ₹9,00,000 per annum, subject to location and market conditions.
