Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Strategist to drive our organization's marketing efforts forward. This key role will play a pivotal part in shaping our brand identity and fueling customer acquisition, retention, and market differentiation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with our business objectives and growth plans.
  • Strengthen our brand presence by ensuring consistent messaging and positioning across all channels.
  • Promote demand generation programs, digital marketing, and partner/channel marketing to support revenue growth.
  • Lead corporate communications, media relations, and industry engagement to position our organization as a thought leader.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of strategic events, campaigns, and partnerships that enhance market visibility.
  • Provide market intelligence on competitors, industry trends, and customer needs to inform our business strategy.
  • Optimize marketing investments and ensure measurable ROI through data-driven decision-making.
  • Mentor and build a high-performing marketing team to execute across regions and functions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent; MBA preferred.
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in strategic marketing within IT services or technology domains.
  • Proven expertise in brand management, demand generation, and digital marketing.
  • Strong understanding of sales-marketing alignment and experience supporting revenue-driven initiatives.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Willingness to travel for events, conferences, and strategic engagements.
