We are looking for a professional who can provide exceptional customer experience through email, chat, and phone interactions. This role is responsible for responding to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:
- To communicate clearly and patiently with customers to resolve issues
- To coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system
- To identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and flag repeated or trending issues
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in customer service (internships count)
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented approach
