Job Title: Strategic People Partner

About the Role:

The HRBP plays a pivotal role in developing and executing people strategies that drive hyper-growth, partnering closely with key stakeholders to foster a high-performance culture, manage complex employee relations, and shape critical HR programs such as performance management, talent retention, rewards, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive strategic human resource metrics such as retention, engagement; cost optimization for a fast-paced business.
  • Promote collaboration with internal and external partners in a matrixed relationship for compensation and benefits, staffing, HR systems, and business operations.
  • Operate independently; ensure employee satisfaction & development of the team. Train, mentor, and lead HR initiatives and best practices.
  • Lead HR operations, Employee Relations, and Business HR teams.
  • Partner with expertise centers to address business challenges and execute corporate-wide talent initiatives.
  • Use data analytics to measure success: learn, iterate, and improve; analyze trends and develop proactive actions to support business objectives.
  • Own/drive HR policies and directives and ensure smooth implementation across the organization.
  • Foster a culture of transparency, performance, and continuous learning by guiding business and HR teams.
