
Strategic Organizational Leader

As a strategic organizational leader, you will play a key role in driving business growth and transformation. We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as an Organizational Development Manager.
Your primary focus will be on designing and implementing people strategies, organizational processes, and operational frameworks to support our rapid expansion and scalability. You will work closely with our founders and leadership team to develop and execute plans that drive business outcomes and improve efficiency.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in management consulting, operations, or organizational development, with a proven track record of designing and implementing successful people strategies and processes. You will also have experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or dynamic business environments.
We are looking for a collaborative and results-driven individual who can build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills will enable you to effectively communicate complex ideas and vision to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You will have 100% ownership of problem statements, including recruitment, HR operations, and process optimization. This is an exceptional opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's growth and success.
Key Responsibilities- Design people strategies that align with our company vision and growth trajectory.
- Develop talent acquisition strategies for key roles and leadership positions.
- Create performance management systems, career progression frameworks, and retention strategies.
- Identify scalable business processes across all functions.
- Create operational frameworks and standardized procedures to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Establish metrics, KPIs, and reporting systems to track organizational health and performance.
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, operations, organizational development, or similar strategic roles.
- Proven track record of designing and implementing people strategies and organizational processes.
- Experience working in high-growth startups, scale-ups, or dynamic business environments.
- Background in change management, organizational psychology, or business transformation.
