Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Provide financial guidance and support to project managers, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial models and forecasts to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
  • 8-12 years of experience in financial management, preferably in a project-based environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and colleagues.
  • Prior experience with financial software, such as Oracle, and proficiency in Excel.
