Asset Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Asset Management Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in developing and implementing policies and procedures related to asset management, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring assets are properly tracked and recorded.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement asset management policies and procedures
  • Maintain an up-to-date and accurate inventory of hardware, software, and other assets
  • Ensure assets are properly tracked and recorded in the asset management system
  • Manage the lifecycle of assets, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure assets are properly secured and maintained
  • Conduct audits and assessments of assets to identify potential risks and opportunities for improvement
  • Negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure high-quality products and services
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills
