Investment Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage investment documentation (conditions precedent/subsequent, warrants, charge filings, escrow setup, covenants, notary & stamp papers, etc.) in coordination with legal, fund management, and issuers.
  • Oversee regulatory & compliance filings including CERSAI, MCA, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate with portfolio companies for MIS, financial data, and valuation inputs; work with valuers for periodic valuation exercises.
  • Monitor and track payments, repayments, coupon flows, and warrants exercise
  • Maintain and update MIS, trackers, approvals, and audit documentation for smooth operations and transparency.
  • Liaise with trustees, legal counsel, and external advisors for investment-related activities.
  • Ensure adherence to internal policies, regulatory norms, and operational best practices.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of Asset Management, PE, CRE, and Investment Operations.
  • Knowledge of legal documentation, KYC, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and tracking skills.
  • Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and MIS reporting.
  • Ability to deliver under tight timelines and multiple priorities.

Qualification & Experience

  • Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA/CA/CS.
  • Minimum 4- 5 years of post-qualification experience in investment operations / asset management.
  • Exposure to legal documentation and compliance in investment transactions will be an added advantage.
