Job Title: Asset Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to work as a seasoned professional with expertise in asset management.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market valuations in coordination with surveyors and finance teams.
  • Verify assets under the sale and lease back program.
  • Execute legal contracts, including repurchase agreements and contract amendments.
  • Manage the selling and procurement of assets, including price listings and MIS maintenance.
  • Handle commercial transactions, such as PO issuance and payment processing.
  • Reconcile monthly stock statements and vendor payables.
  • Ensure timely insurance of assets and manage claims and proceeds.
  • Up uphold system discipline through asset data uploads and compliance monitoring.

Requirements:

  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Essential MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience for graduates, 2 years for postgraduates.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools with strong ability to adapt to new systems.
  • Strong communication, time management, and process understanding skills.
  • Willingness to travel; team-building skills are beneficial.
