Memory Layout Design Specialist
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Memory Layout Design Specialist.
- We are looking for a skilled professional with expertise in designing custom memory layouts, including SRAM and Register Files.
- The ideal candidate will have experience working with circuit designers to translate schematics into optimized layouts.
- Familiarity with floor-planning, placement, matching, routing, parasitics, and layout constraints is essential.
- Proficiency in physical verification checks, including DRC, LVS, ERC, EM, and IR is also required.
- Knowledge of advanced process nodes, preferably 5nm and below, is preferred.
Key Requirements:
- Scripting experience in SKILL, Python, or TCL is a must.
- A minimum of 5+ years of experience in memory layout design is required.
- Expertise in high-performance and/or low-power memory layout optimization techniques is highly desirable.
