We are seeking a skilled Admissions Manager to oversee our application review and selection procedures, ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions cycle. As an experienced professional in this field, you will be responsible for supervising and training admissions officers and support staff to meet departmental goals.

 

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the review and evaluation of applications to ensure that all necessary documentation is complete and accurate.
  • Supervise and train admissions officers and support staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Develop and implement strategies to attract prospective students and increase enrollment numbers.
  • Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Analyze data and reports to identify trends and areas for improvement.

 

Qualifications & Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in admissions, enrollment management, or student recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies.
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
