Job Overview:

    We are seeking a skilled Project Coordinator to lead the successful execution of software development projects from initiation to delivery.


Responsibilities:

  • Document project requirements and technical specifications, 
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and quality in collaboration with the website development team and stakeholders, 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects requiring system integration, 
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, 
  • Communicate project progress and outcomes to stakeholders, 
  • Partner with the lead engineer to ensure project expectations are met.

Requirements:

  • University degree or college diploma required, 
  • Minimum 5 years of product management experience with strong project management skills, 
  • Ability to work US hours due to collaboration with US stakeholders, 
  • Experience with content management systems and website user experience essential, 
  • Strong organization and English communication skills (verbal and written), 
  • Self-starter with multitasking abilities and data-driven decision-making.
