Procurement Project Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Project Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the procurement process from initiation to delivery.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to initiate procurement projects, place purchase orders with vendors, and monitor delivery timelines.
- Understand and follow project schedules for procurement activities.
- Implement procurement projects based on engineering packages.
- Monitor procurement activities in SAP and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
- Prepare JMRs, ensure their release at all levels, and coordinate with auditors for issue resolution.
- Ensure JMR booking in SAP and provide details for pending payments.
- Prepare DPRs as needed.
- Prepare PRs for equipment and ensure their release at all levels.
- Assist cost engineers with timing information for cost forecasting accuracy.
- Oversee overall project purchase expediting.
- Coordinate with design, contractors, equipment suppliers, consultants, and accounts departments for project success.
- Meet project timelines within defined budgets by setting major goals and objectives, monitoring, reporting, and ensuring project completion.
- Handle cash flow management effectively.
