Job Title: Data Analyst, Strategic Insights

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled data analyst to join our team on a fixed 2 month contract with potential for extension. As a data analyst, you will be responsible for delivering data-driven insights that inform business strategy and drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Mining and Analysis: Mine and analyze structured and unstructured data using Python, R, SQL, and Spark to identify trends and patterns.
  • Predictive Modeling: Develop and implement predictive models, simulations, and machine learning algorithms to optimize customer experience, revenue, and operational efficiency.
  • Data Visualization: Use Power BI to visualize insights and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
  • Automation: Lead automation of data flows, reporting, and analytical processes using Python, R, Power Query, and cloud-based tools.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to uncover actionable insights and drive strategic outcomes.

Requirements:

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in quantitative field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, etc.)
  • At least 2 years' of experience in quantitative analytics or data modeling
  • Proven experience in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, and machine learning
  • Strong programming skills in Python and R
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, and data visualization best practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS
  • Skilled in process mapping, redesign, and automation of complex workflows
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change
