Job Description:

As a seasoned professional in project management, this role offers the opportunity to lead high-profile projects in chemicals and materials practices within an advisory division.

This position involves guiding research processes and deliverables for proprietary projects, overseeing individuals conducting research, and writing reports. Additionally, it requires working with senior management to develop and refine study scopes, scheduling, budget, and client deliverables.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical, communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, as well as the ability to manage, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve results that meet or exceed client expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of experience in consulting in the chemical industry
  • Experience developing, managing, and presenting project results to senior management
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multinational team
  • Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage, mentor, and motivate team members
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Engineering (preferably Chemical), or a related field; MBA is a plus
  • Excellent organization skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Foreign language skills are a plus
  • Good oral and written English language skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
