Role Summary:

BOSS Utility Solutions is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join their Oracle Utilities implementation team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role involves working directly with a utility client to lead a team of Oracle utility experts in implementing Oracle's Customer Experience for Utilities (CX4U) solution for a high call volume call center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project deliverables while ensuring business value meets customer expectations.
  • Create and maintain project management artifacts to ensure on-time completion of project tasks.
  • Track risks and issues, facilitate problem resolution, and manage issue escalation in a timely manner.
  • Provide project status reports to leadership on a weekly basis.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Oracle product teams, developers, testers, and project managers.
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business users to ensure alignment.
  • Provide go-live and post-implementation support to ensure solution effectiveness.
  • Establish strong customer relationships throughout the organization.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in the Utilities domain.
  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience working in the utilities industry.
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies (waterfall and agile).
  • Experience leading projects utilizing standard project management tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, promote effective communication, resolve conflict, and handle conflicting priorities.
  • Demonstrated analytical problem-solving skills and keen interest in delivering high-quality deliverables.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
