Human Resource Generalist

The organization is seeking an experienced Human Resource Generalist to lead the recruitment cycle and office operations.

This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle: manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.

Key responsibilities include developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices; maintaining employee records, attendance, and leave management; driving employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives; acting as the point of contact for employee relations and grievance handling; overseeing day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency; managing office supplies, purchase of stationery, and procurement of other office items; coordinating and managing vendor relationships, service contracts, and office-related purchases; supervising office maintenance, housekeeping, and facility management; processing payroll, including salary calculations, deductions, and statutory compliances; preparing administrative and HR reports to support management in decision-making; and supporting management in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for HR and administration.

Qualifications & Skills Required
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–7 years of proven experience in HR and office administration.
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and labor laws.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, HRMS software, and recruitment portals.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
