As a Senior Process Manager, you will be responsible for implementing marketing automation campaigns using Pardot tool by identifying segments, setting up campaigns, emails, landing pages, and forms/form processing.

  • Build Lead Nurture Campaigns in Pardot to engage with leads throughout their buying journey.
  • Participate in consultation calls to provide solutions for complex customer journeys, ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders.
  • Perform Peer QA and Self QA of campaign assets as per campaign timelines to guarantee accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adhere to internal campaign management process and SLAs to maintain high standards of performance.
  • Actively research on solutions to optimize campaigns, staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends.
  • Build SF Reports to track campaign performance, analyzing data to inform future campaign strategies.
  • Troubleshoot issues identified in campaign performance and metrics, taking corrective action to ensure campaign success.
  • Perform A/B testing, monitor campaign performance and lead optimization efforts, making data-driven decisions to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Conduct periodic 'Best Practice Sharing' sessions for the rest of the team on new solutions/issue resolution etc., fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications">

You must have:

  • 6+ years of experience on Marketing Automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, IBM UNICA, Oracle Eloqua, Marketo).
  • Mandatory 4+ years of experience on Salesforce Pardot.
  • Pardot Specialist Certification is required; Pardot Consultant certification will be an added advantage.
  • Adequate experience with SF CRM and ability to troubleshoot sync issues between Pardot & SF CRM.
  • Good knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
  • Exposure to RDBMS/ SQL/Web-Services.
  • Tableau experience would be an added advantage.
  • Adept at building complete engagement flow involving multiple lead-sources viz web-form, purchased list, leads from social media campaigns.
  • Adept at setting up complex automation rules and lead scoring & grading models.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, quickly changing, and demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, able to interface directly with clients and higher management.
  • Excellent presentation skills, able to clearly communicate ideas, thoughts, and strategies.
