About the Role:
We are shaping the future of education at our organization. As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring learners have a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver end-to-end program execution – scheduling, tracking & reporting.
- Coordinate with internal teams, faculty & external partners to ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Manage learner onboarding, communication & engagement throughout the program lifecycle.
- Analyze program data, identify areas for improvement, and share actionable insights.
- Act as the first point of contact for learners, resolving queries efficiently and effectively.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's Degree (any discipline).
- 0–4 years of experience in customer support, program coordination or operations.
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel & data analysis.
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized & able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
