Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Agile Program Delivery Leader with deep expertise in program management to lead agile delivery of global enterprise IT infrastructure and security projects. This role requires a blend of program management skills and technical understanding of infrastructure domains including cloud platforms, network systems, and enterprise applications.

This position will be responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, sprint reviews) for multiple infrastructure teams. The Agile Program Delivery Leader will remove impediments and blockers that impact team velocity and program delivery, foster continuous improvement culture through retrospectives and process optimization, and guide teams through scaling frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, or Nexus) for large infrastructure initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Certifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification required
  • Advanced Scrum Master certification (CSP-SM, PSM II/III) preferred
  • Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) certification (SPC, RTE, or SA) highly preferred
  • Program Management Professional (PgMP) or equivalent program management certification preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field

Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years of Scrum Master experience with at least 3 years in infrastructure or platform teams
  • 3+ years of program management experience leading complex, multi-team initiatives
  • Proven track record managing infrastructure programs (cloud platforms, networking, enterprise applications)
  • Experience with infrastructure technologies: AWS/Azure, networking protocols, databases, monitoring tools
  • Strong background in IT Service Management (ITIL) and DevOps practices
  • Experience with agile scaling frameworks in enterprise environments
