The Role:

We seek a proactive Sales Representative to spearhead client acquisition efforts through cold calling, promoting Vizonere's staffing services and building lasting business relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold calls to HR managers and company decision-makers in the US to introduce Vizonere's staffing services.
  • Presentation of Vizonere as a trusted staffing partner, explaining our services, processes, and value proposition effectively.
  • Building rapport and maintaining professionalism during calls to establish trust and generate business leads.
  • Maintenance of accurate records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Meeting or exceeding assigned targets for lead generation and business acquisition.
  • Collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles (staffing or recruitment industry experience is a plus).
  • A strong command of US English with an excellent accent and communication skills.
  • Female candidates preferred.
  • Confidence in engaging with senior professionals and HR managers over the phone.
  • Ability to handle objections, think on your feet, and adapt to different client needs.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive in approach.

Salary:

$60,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on performance and experience.
