Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:- Coordinate resources, equipment, and information to achieve project objectives.
- Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines.
- Liaise with clients to define requirements, scope, and objectives.
- Assign tasks to internal teams and manage their progress.
- Identify and mitigate potential project risks.
- 8-15 years of experience working in the IT software industry.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is an added advantage.
- Proven work experience as a project manager or similar role.
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management.
- Strong client-facing and teamwork skills.
This position involves overseeing the development and implementation of project plans, ensuring timely completion and meeting client expectations. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
