Job Title:

Study Abroad Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Study Abroad Advisor. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding students through the process of pursuing higher education abroad.

  • This includes providing personalized counselling, assisting with admission and visa processes, and ensuring high student satisfaction and successful conversions.
  • The Study Abroad Advisor will also be responsible for conducting one-on-one counselling sessions to assess student goals, background, and eligibility.
  • Additionally, they will advise students on suitable universities, courses, countries, scholarships, and application strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of student goals, background, and eligibility to provide personalized guidance.
  • Advise students on suitable universities, courses, and scholarship opportunities based on their academic record and career aspirations.
  • Support students throughout the admission process, including application filing, documentation, LORs, SOPs, and fee payments.
  • Coordinate with university representatives, internal teams, and embassy/visa offices as needed.
  • Maintain accurate student records in CRM tools and provide timely reports.

Requirements:

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills (English proficiency required).
  • Empathetic listener and persuasive communicator.
  • Knowledge of the international education landscape, particularly in USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
  • Organized, target-driven, and self-motivated individual.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication.
