Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing impartial advice and guidance to students worldwide, helping them navigate the complexities of university applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prioritize universities based on course offerings, rankings, specialization, location preferences, and financial capabilities
  • Offer honest and unbiased advice to students planning to study abroad
  • Develop exceptional communication and presentation skills for written and verbal interactions
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and typing skills
  • Maintain accurate records in our Customer Relationship Management system
  • Conduct presentations and counseling sessions in webinars, seminars, and virtual settings
  • Provide clear information and respond to student inquiries in a timely manner
  • Be flexible with working hours to meet business needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Office and ability to maintain accurate records are essential.
