Pharmaceutical Industry Leader

Multinational pharmaceutical company MSN Laboratories Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Deputy Manager to join its Presales team. Salary Range
The estimated salary for this position is ₹25 lakhs - ₹40 lakhs per annum, depending on qualifications and experience.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Presales efforts in the CDMO/CRMS (Business) domain. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth, as well as managing relationships with key stakeholders. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical industry.
Responsibilities
- Develop RFPs in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs), leading product and technology aspects of client RFPs.
- Manage end-to-end RFP processes, including coordination with Contract Fulfillment Teams (CFTs) to develop competitive and business-winning solutions for all proposals.
- Facilitate Technical Collaborations (TCs) between customers and the company, sharing minutes and ensuring seamless communication.
- Provide innovative, cost-effective, and timely solutions to customer requirements.
- Prepare high-quality, customer-focused proposals and budgets for RFPs, maintaining pricing strategies with key accounts and scope changes for additional revenues.
- Maintain and update RFP trackers on a regular basis, sharing insights with senior leadership teams.
- Track the fate of submitted proposals with Business Development counterparts.
- Arrange project kick-off meetings for awarded projects and handover details to key stakeholders.
- Participate in project closure discussions with key stakeholders for future campaigns.
Qualifications
- MSc (Chemistry) with MBA (preferred).
- 8-12 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry and 3-5 years in Presales domain.
- Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Well-versed with MS Office.
